Israel, Lebanon and the Truth (Part 2)

August 10, 2006 § 10 Comments

Recently, I was reading one of my favorite blogs Salika Sufisticate (SS) and Danya of SS posted posted a link to a video of George Galloway talking about the current conflict between Israel and Lebanon.

Subhana Allah, Mr. Galloway basically summarized what I have been trying to get across to the readers of Wa Salaam since I wrote the first article “Israel, Lebanon and the Truth” on July 18th 2006. Surprisingly enough this article is the second most viewed article on my entire site. If you read the article you will find that it is nothing spectacular, not well written at all. So why has it been so popular? The title, it was so popular because the article was an exact match of hundreds of Google searches across the US and Europe.

I realized that the people in the West do not know what the hell is going on! I have said this in all of my comments on the subject YOU MUST UNDERSTAND THE ORIGINS OF THE JEWISH-STATE TO UNDERSTAND THIS CONFLICT. The media is really crafty in their presentation of `the facts`.

I know that my fellow countrymen are tired of war; tired of the Middle-East and it is probably easier to pin all this on Terrorism and Arabs, but DO NOT BE FOOLED, just as in the past (prior to WWI) there is an agenda. The agenda of that time has materialized and stands before us as the Jewish-State which exists illegally. Illegally because the land was usurped from its Arab owners and occupants by European Jews with the support of Britain, France and eventually the Soviet Union and the United States of America, this is the truth of the matter look it up if you do not believe me.

What you sadly forget to mention ehre is that “gorgeous” George is well known in the UK for making a complete arse of himself on TV show Celebrity Big Brother, where he (amongst other stunts) danced in a red leotard with a transvestite.

No-one takes him or his opinions seriously. I think he’s probably done more to harm your case than to support it.

If this is the best voice you can find for your argument, you’re really in trouble.

Even a Fool can speak the truth… and from Mr. Galloway’s comments I concede that Galloway is no Fool.

A challenge to you or anyone else that may read this:

Tell me how a Jewish-State was developed in Palestine if not by the illegal occupation of Palestinian’s Land.

  • Danya says:

How does Galloway dancing in a red leotard take away from his credibility?

This’s a problem we’re not able to do anything about it
simply the western media is powerful & amost controlled by JEWISH

but it’s good to find someone trying to tell the truth

I’m glad to see you drop by Wa Salaam again… I cannot believe that nothing can be done. Allahu Akbar… awy! Please participate in The Carnival of Islam in the West submit an article… if nothing changes we can only blame ourselves.

    I’m going to Jumua’ah now…

You say “Jewish-State which exists illegally.” That is not true. The very body that create Israel made up all the mideast states. Are you also saying those states are illegal? Muslims live in a perpetual state of grievances, a constant state of victimhood.

  • Abu Sahajj says:

The very body that create Israel made up all the mideast states.

I know that which is why I stick to my claim. Now for the record… would you like to tell the class which “body” it is that you speak of?

  • R M says:

As someone who is supporting Israel, and someone of Jewish background (not that it is important) I don’t think that fighting is the way to sort this out. Both sides have made agressive moves and both of which could be sorted without violence.
The ceasefire recently started (by Lebanon, not hezbollah) which Israel were the first to sign, was broken today, and i think it is a sad day for both sides, as we have both lost family and friends.

So, i want to pledge my support not directly for Israel, but to the goal of a Ceasefire that will end this suffering for everyone, leaving the way for a diplomatic resolution, that i am sure both sides (if in agreement) will stick to.

So join with me to send our support to the families of soldiers from BOTH Hezbollah and the IDF, who are acting the wishes of their governments, NOT necessarily their own wishes, and let us be united not as people who fight each other, but people who work together to stop the innocent deaths, Whoever the cause
