BismillaharRahmanirRahim

as-salaamu 'alaikum. Abu Saif, welcome to you. Thank you for your comment. You wrote,

"Compare this beautiful leader to the treacherous dogs who claim to be our leaders today.

We have only ourselves to blame Abu Saif:

We must ask ourselves who have we given our alligience to?

We must ask ourselves are we following that one?

Then we have to determine if we are actually on the way of Sayyidina Maulana Muhammad (may Peace and Blessing be upon him)? Are we on the way of Haqq?

I normally do not quote Qur'an al-kerim, I have no such right, but I am asking destur and medet in this case. It says in the Qur'an al-kerim,

BismillaharRahmanirRahim
"Follow those who ask of you no fee, and who are rightly guided." (Sura Yasin, 36: 21)

This shows the nature of a true Islamic leader. Compare this beautiful leader to the treacherous dogs who claim to be our leaders today. He would not give the sacred land of Islam for anything. Surely we must work to resume this great leadership

BismillaharRahmanirRahim

as-salaamu 'alaikum GreenSufi. alhamdulillah, I think this is your first comment here. MashaAllah, thank you for coming. You wrote in reference to 'Ataturk',

"Was he a traitor or had a genuine change of heart for the worse?"

I am not sure but I can look into it. In addition, you know what I found very interesting is that Sultan Abdul Hamid KhanII is probably the last state leader to be openly performing daily wird (litanies) as he also says in the letter:

"My lord, God being my helper, I devote days and nights to reciting wirds and I ask to always remember me in Your prayers.

This is very interesting indeed. The whole world changed after he stepped down. And we are seeing the results now... and this is just the beginning inshaAllah we will wake up from this ghaflat.

excellent! Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
And of course 'Ataturk' accepted money- posing as a Ghazi - including Indian Muslim gold while secretly plotting to end the Khilafat. I've seen a letter of his signed Ghazi Kemal Pasha thanking Bengali Muslims for donating gold to the Ottoman cause.
Was he a traitor or had a genuine change of heart for the worse? Perhaps you can shed light on this.
