ASA- I wanted to share my experiences with Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar (the cloudy, organic stuff). My mother's cholestorol went from 240 to 160 in 2.5 months by drinking 2 tablespoons twice a day before breakfast and dinner. She would mix it with some honey and water to take the edge off. She also completely cured her acid reflux disease and the arthritis in her knee without any medication. Everyone should try this rather than traditional medicines- cheaper and no side effects!

Beautiful MashaAllah!

Verily Quran teaches us many secrets that we didnt knew earlier.
Indeed the correct way of understanding the real Islam is to refer to the Holy Quran as the basis for all knowledge and then understanding the Sunnah and Hadith in its light. Anything that cannot be linked back to the Quran cannot be declared an integral part of Islam. We must be very careful when we assume that something is or is not part of Islam. Allah has protected the Holy Book for this very purpose that no matter how much time passes the word of Allah remains pure and provides guidance to those who truly want to submit to his will and stay on course to becoming true Muslims.
The values, injunctions, and the principles enshrined in the Book form the corner stone of the Islamic polity and the limits laid down by it provide the framework within which the laws of the Islamic State may be formulated. These principles, or limits, or framework, are immutable, but the statutes made by the State within these four corners are open to modification and change according to the needs of the times.

May Allah guide us and have mercy on us. Ameen.

Very interesting post. When i was growing up we would do without many things, but vinegar was always an essential. We used it for a hair rinse, as you have mentioned, we also mixed it with baking soda and used it as a paste for insects bites, sunburn, and poison ivy. It was excellent for scorpion bites, and bee stings. We used it to clean by itself and mixed with baking soda. We used it to keep mosquitos and fleas away. We used it on our pets and in their bath water. We used as a test for mumps, if you could drink a 1/4 cup without any problems, them you probably did not have mumps. The anti-bacterials properties in vinegar actually did help keep down odor in washing clothes and diaper pails.

I am honored and would *love* to visit again! and I'll quickly share that we use vinegar in our house a lot. We clean with it, and it's wonderful in the bath to soften skin. One of our sons has lots of food allergies, and a vinegar bath always helps his hives breakouts. and I LOVE the vinegar page! (((((HUGS))))) sandi

as-salaamu 'alaikum</i>. dissfunktional, that is a really good use for vinegar, mashaAllah! Do you think it would work on pee stains among other things coming from potty training small children?
