Orphan Walk: A Walk-A-Thon

Al-Maghrib Institute, a North American institution of Islamic learning, is sponsoring an “Orphan Walk” to raise money for orphaned children. This fund raiser is in partnership with Islamic Relief USA, and will be held on Saturday June 23, 10am – 5pm in Flushing Meadows, Corona Park, Queens, NY. The event is dedicated to raising money to help the orphans across the globe and insha’allah you will see me and my family there. (hat-tip Imtiaz)
